My location was switched on me. I didn't receive a dolly. I was asked to go to another location go pick up a dolly where I stood in line for an hour just to be told that I had to have the reservation transferred up the new location. This cost me additional gas money and o was not compensated for the travel. The inconvenience cost me two hours oh my planned moving time. Terrible customer service in the store and over the phone.

BERNADETTE RHere is the corrected version of your text: --- It is sad to say, but I picked up the 15' truck from a tile retail business. I had to wait for the owner to finish his tile business before he took care of me, which took close to 10 minutes. I paid for the truck, and he gave me the key, but he did not go over the truck with me at all. I am sure he knew nothing about the truck. My thought is that he is there just to collect the fee that U-Haul gives him. This really shows how U-Haul conducts their business. "SAD." After this weird interaction, I had to go get my tow dolly, which was on the other side of the city. What a waste of my time. After I got the tow dolly and went to my moving location, the check engine light came on. I had to call roadside assistance. It took a while for someone to contact me due to navigating the phone, the app, and the website. What a joke. When the roadside assistance came, they checked the truck, and the check engine light was caused by the oxygen sensor on the exhaust. The exhaust sound was kind of loud, and I later found out there was an exhaust leak from the manifold. I asked the U-Haul dispatch to make sure that the truck was good to go. I told her, "Please make sure everything is good because I am driving 3200 miles to my destination." I even asked to change to a different truck, but the roadside assistance said I should be okay. I really did not think so. After driving the truck, the check engine light came on again. I had to get an OBD2 reader, and the light was for the O2 sensor. At this point, I kept erasing the check engine light. I know for a fact that this is going to affect my gas mileage. This is the garbage service I got. I have picture proof of the check engine light coming on too. After days of driving, I was focused on getting to my destination while erasing the check engine light to get the best MPG. Also, the driver’s rear inner tire was losing air, and when I got to my destination, it was completely flat. I don't know what else to say. All I know is that I will use their competitors or even think of using U-Haul again. They are at the bottom of my list. ---
