Once we left the location the horrific experience occurred ! However, the Warsaw location guy was amazing !
Dawn RVery nice. Individual helped me out quite a bit and very kind.
NATHAN UI picked up a trailer when they opened at 10AM. The hours posted said they were open until 5PM. When I picked it up, the gentleman said to let him know when I drop it back off. I dropped off at 1:00PM. I parked it in the same spot and went to tell him. The doors were locked. I received an additional $20 charge for “after hours” drop off. I had it there WELL BEFORE POSTED CLOSING TIME! I would not recommend this specific location.
WILLIAM BThere was a crowbar in the trailer when we opened the door to start loading. Not sure if it was there on purpose or was just left in there. Everything else went smoothly: booking, pick-up, drop off. The guy actually came out and helped me park the trailer into the last open spot available, and I'm not the best when it comes to backing up trailers. He directed me as I backed the trailer into the spot. Greatly appreciated the help.
