Great service
MELISSA ECheck out the truck. The truck I had, the door didn’t shut completely and the indicator light on the dashboard said that the door was open. Check the gas. They told me it had more gas than was in the vehicle and then proceeded to charge me for an extra 2 gallons @ $4.50 per gallon.

John SWe had first reserved in Coventry, RI. We got a call the Saturday before saying they did not have the truck and the only option was an hour away. We said OK. We drove to get the truck and it was not ready and the telephone number we were given was wrong. Connected with dispatching and we were lined up with Bald Hill Sunoco which was 10 minutes from our house. So we drove over two hours to get a truck that was available 10 minutes away. Very surprising and frustrating. I was surprised that we were not given a 100% comp for all the hassle we were put through.
