Arlene made the whole experience awful from "go". She ate up 30 minutes of our reservation time, was disgustingly rude and condescending, and I'll go out on a limb and say she was being racist to not only my wife and I, but to another family that was in before us. I will never recommend for anyone to rent a U-Haul from this location, nor use their services. Arlene needs to go before I even consider it.

JORGE MThe vehicle was very dirty, in terrible shape (dents scratches), and had well over 100,000 miles. Further, I reserved a different style vehicle and they changed it at the last minute.

Cardianeshia PWhen shifting into second and third gear it was extremely loud. Not sure that this is really normal. Also, the headlights need to be adjusted. It appeared they were casting more light on the shoulder than the road when on dim.
