Brandon LClean your trucks up the truck was nasty and the manager didn’t care no gas in the truck. I took it on empty just 29 miles to empty better customer service.
Terry TThe gas leaked out of the tank when we tried to fill it because the gauge showed it was near empty. When we returned the truck and told the attendant, she stated that she was wondering why the tank was always on 1/4 tank. Hmmmm...you would think that would have been something to look into. it was very dangerous to have the gas leak out like that. We were not compensated for this problem either.
Robert MThe woman that rented us the truck was nothing but nice and polite. The person we called after returning the truck was nothing but direspectful and rude. We called to find out why we were cahrged for 6 galllons $26 in fuel when we only drove the truck 26miles and we put 8 gallons of gas in the truck ourselves. We asked how did the truck need 6 gallons that would take the truck 60 miles when we only driover 26 mi and put 8 gallons in ourselves and she got snarky and rude saying thats on you sir, thats your responsbility, I said are you not listening to what i asking you, and she said you dont like you need to call uhaul we are a franchise and we do not control that. I said well someone at your location had to say that when it was not true. We called corporate and they went to the before and after photo of the gas gauge and said you are correct sir there is more gas in the truck after you dropped it off then when you picked it up. Not sure why corporate had to do that when the locaiton is the ones that took the photo. Wont rent a Uhaul again.
