We got a uhaul and it felt like the wheel bearings were going out if not already. Then when we returned the truck she said the line wasn't close enough to the full tank line and we went and got gas 30 seconds away and took less than 5 mins and she had locked the doors knowing we were right next door. It was an annoying. Her customer service was great til it was close to time for her to clock out.

I think each truck should be full of gas bc it is impossible to get gauge back where it was and most people end up putting too much gas. It seems like a lose/lose situation for the customer since I didn't fill the tank quite to par and had to pay $20 extra 廊
