After declining the insurance for in town use they charged it anyway. I didn't notice until I was home....

My reservation was for noon. When I got there, the staff was out for lunch and did not return until 1:10pm. This put us behind in our plans. Additionally, we rented a furniture dolly but was told they didn’t have one. Mentioning the delay did not seem to bother the rep.
THOMAS SInside of trailer had grease and smelled bad, outside was really dirty. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring the trailer to me. Staff member was nice and helpful in getting me hooked up.
