Nancy JThe place got my charges wrong contrary to my reservation and still claimed it’s how the reservation was setup. I have both receipts to make sure the overcharge is properly refunded. Trailer was fine, its light wiring tripped my truck’s fuses out. I’m don’t with UHaul- I’ll never use them again.

Larry AIt was clean but we had a couple of issues: 1) Attendant was annoyed to have to go to the other lot to help load a car on trailer to make sure it was done properly. 2) One of the 4 tires on the trailer was flat the following morning and we had to air it up every morning on the trip. 3) The connector for all of the trailer lights had 2 of the 4 connectors broken off. The burning following pick up we were testing the lights before leaving and discovered we only had running lights, no brake lights or turn indicators, when I called the store I was told to go to the Cody location and that the lights had been working when we left the lot in Powell. I have a picture of the connector and the receptacle and I highly doubt they broke off overnight. The Cody lot was closed for lunch so I called the Powell lot again. The first guy I talked to(I guess he's the main UHaul guy) was out for lunch and the 2nd guy was actually helpful and told me how to switch out the connector and stayed on the phone with me to make sure it worked. I appreciated that very much! 4) When I made the reservation, the UHaul website showed that Cody didn't have the 26 ft truck or car hauler and directed us to go to Powell, 25 miles away. When we stopped in Cody the next day, to get help, they had numerous 26ft trucks as well as car haulers. That did not make me happy that I had to go out of my way when my local lot indeed had what I wanted. For my next rental, in 2 weeks, I will call or go over to the local lot in Cody to ensure I can rent from them.
