I had a great experience renting from A&B Service in Harriman, NY. The people were very friendly and helpful, and the truck and equipment were in excellent condition. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. They are very good to deal with and very helpful. A&B service is an A+ for me.

This U-Haul location is the best for sure. Picking up the truck was easy, and the people there are really loyal to their customers.

But I have huge complaint about one of my previous rentals - on October 24th 2023 I rented the trailer to deliver the car from New Canaan, CT to Monroe, NY. I returned trailer back to Harriman location same night. I did not take a picture at the moment of drop-off. U-Haul charged my card for 3 days of rental! My question - do they have personnel who check inventory? Do they check, if trailer is back at the location? When I filed complaint - office representative asked for evidence (pictures) of the drop-off. I do not have them! This U-Haul location is refusing issue a refund for THEYR OWN mistake! Inventory check every morning must be done! Whoever was in charge that day - did not do his duty properly.
