The service guy there was doing his best. But he was alone, trying to run a convenience store while also checking in and checking out multiple trucks and trailers. I am glad he did, but he had to let one customer go into the supply closet in the back to get his own furniture pads. The guy on duty deserves tons of credit, but the location was just struggling.

MARSHALL EWhen I pick the truck up. He said it was full. The fuel needle was on the left side of the full line at the edge of the fuel line. When drop it off. The fuel needle was coving the full line. I told the lady about it. Their was more in it now, then when I pick it up. I told her the truth. And I get a email that I got changed $10,62 for 3 gallons of gas. Just because I told her the truth. Not F****** right. That was very stupid on her part. If I don't get my money back and a apology in the next 24 hours. I will not use U-haul again. It's not about the money. She should have never did that, for me telling the truth. SHAME ON HER.......

Reeva SWhen I dropped off a day early, the man at the store didn't really know anything. He said the owner/manager is only there on weekdays. He just told me to drop the keys in the box. I was unable to access the on-line app to check in for drop off. I had to call customer service and verify my drop off time and that the vehicle had the appropriate amount of gas and was clean.

Karon EWhen I got to this location, it was a run down convenience store out at the far end of a small college town. This location was 30 minutes away from my destination point. Totally ridiculous in my opinion. I went inside the store and told the cashier I had a U-Haul return. He said use your mobile app for doing a return and drop the keys in the lock box outside. So I tried to use the app. The pictures would not upload and the app crashed. Once it crashed, I could not get back to where I was taking pictures in the app. It was gone from my app. So I just dropped the keys in the box and left. The whole drop off experience was totally poor. Why have an app that does not work and is not reliable. And additionally, I was moving my son to a big college town and there was no place there to return a U-haul? I had to go to another nearby college town that was even smaller to return it to a small store in the middle of no where.
Charles GThey went above and beyond helping us both pick up and return the U-Haul! The app was giving us problems and the renter was friendly and happy to help. Plus, it was easy to maneuver the u-haul from the paved lot at this location. 5 stars!
