When I pick the truck up. He said it was full. The fuel needle was on the left side of the full line at the edge of the fuel line. When drop it off. The fuel needle was coving the full line. I told the lady about it. Their was more in it now, then when I pick it up. I told her the truth. And I get a email that I got changed $10,62 for 3 gallons of gas. Just because I told her the truth. Not F****** right. That was very stupid on her part. If I don't get my money back and a apology in the next 24 hours. I will not use U-haul again. It's not about the money. She should have never did that, for me telling the truth. SHAME ON HER.......

Reeva SWhen I dropped off a day early, the man at the store didn't really know anything. He said the owner/manager is only there on weekdays. He just told me to drop the keys in the box. I was unable to access the on-line app to check in for drop off. I had to call customer service and verify my drop off time and that the vehicle had the appropriate amount of gas and was clean.
