Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe renting location gave me a trailer that was bigger than I requested and I didn't know that until I had left. Basically, we walked outside and since it was raining, he pointed at the only trailer that wasn't blocked in and said for me to take that one. And then he walked back inside and did not offer to help hook it up etc. Additionally, despite checking in online early, he overrode my name and address incorrectly, putting the drop-off location as my home address. Overall, the check out process was horrible and I'm disappointed about being overcharged for extra size I didn't need.
Dara NI had to wait on my keys and it was disorganized
Jacqueline GGiven that this is a new location, and part of a service station and a store, I thought they did a great job. I am sure it will keep getting even better. — In fact, they personally helped me reach U-Haul central to update about the return. This was the biggest challenge in working with U-Haul: ever reaching a person at central, when really needed. Central automated U-Haul number needs work. Call dropped several times.
