We dropped the truck off after hours but the process was easy. Jackie's business was clean and there was signage to tell us what we needed to do. No issues at all.

Frank VThere needs to be a pickup process where the U-Haul call center does not need to speak to the store or establishment. Jackie was on lunch when we originally tried to pick up at 12:15 as that was our initial pickup time. I stayed on the phone for nearly 30 minutes with U-HAUL as they were trying to contact the business. I could literally hear the phone ringing in the building. Finally after half an hour or more U-Haul said they would move the pickup time until after 1pm so that I could talk with the manager there. Then when I was assigned a truck by U-Haul it was a truck that would only be able to do local stuff and then returned back to Jackie's. Jackie told me I couldn't take that truck and I had to wait to be reassigned another one by U-Haul because he did not know how to do it. All of it was a pain in the butt but by 2ish I finally had a truck.

RAMALDO BU-Haul needs to revamp their website. One of the worse and most difficult websites to navigate. Instead just called the location.

Tammie SGreat location to pick up and drop off. Check engine light was on the whole time. The radio button was broke for volume and to turn it on. I rented an appliance dolly and it was not in the vehicle luckily the place was open to go in and grab it. But still the minor things like this should not happen.

Christopher GThese trailers should have Jack's. They get quite heavy after being loaded and we were unable to pick it up to put it on the truck and had to use a car jack to get it high enough to get it back on the truck.

Kenny PGreat customer service provided. When we pulled from the pickup location we were concerned about the noise that the trailer was making, but the owner ensured us that once we loaded the trailer the noise would stop. He was right, this first time trailer puller was worried that she was dragging something and the noise that was coming from the hitch was a pleasant sound. Thanks, Mr. Jackie for ensuring us that the noise would stop once the trailer was loaded.

Fred CThey did not have appliance dolly available which was part of my reservation. This caused big problems with my moving schedule as I had to buy an alternative in short notice. I would not trust U Haul to provide me accurate information in the future.
