The truck I requested got switched at the time of pickup and was replaced with a smaller truck but I was charged the same cost. The app would not register our location so it took an extra 35 minutes to get the truck causing us to miss other appointments.

The check-in was smooth. There was low tire pressure on one of the tires. The store clerk had no idea where to inflate the tire. It would be good if the tire pressure are checked before renting the vehicles out. There was no dolly available even though it was booked for in advance. They forgot to give the pads, had to wait to get them to be brought out. My suggestion is to have them all ready in the store or the vehicle when they are booked in advance. I thought I had left something back in the vehicle. Even after leaving multiple messages, no one called me back. I then had to physically drive up to check it ! A simple phone call back by the store clerk after checking it would have been great.

The app is terrible and doesn't always work correctly. This is the third time I've had issues picking up a truck which throws off the entire day of moving being behind schedule. Three different locations all have been a pain. The app reschedules to a different location than the one you previously selected. They can't guarantee a truck so it's pointless to reserve one. Phone customer service has a 30 min wait time and will tell you to call app support once you get someone then transfer the call. I miss when you could walk into a U-Haul location and rent a truck.

better check in and check out process. During the check in I was not shown my vehicle and had to find it myself, and after finding it the previous person that return a different uhaul had parked right in front of the vehicle that was given to me. In retrospect I should've asked uhaul to assist me but the whole process was so disorganized and I felt I needed to get to work. I barely made it out of the vehicle parking area. other than that everything was great

Used this location twice for our move and everything went very smoothly. The folks at Mega Saver were very easy to work with and they really took care of us.

Terrible experience. The person who received the truck did not do it correctly and I found out 2 days later that it was not checked in correctly and they thought I did not retur it, got charged and extra day due to their mistake and although I got the refund after I call customer service, it was an inconvenience to me. First time renting from you and not a good experience.

Customer service is SLOW. Waited for over 25 minutes for someone to help, even though we had a FIRM reservation. This put our whole move behind schedule. They also didn't have the extra equipment ready.

My experience here was quite poor. They overcharged me and mishandled both the drop-off and pick-up processes. At pick-up, they tried to add extra charges for insurance that I did not agree to, which nearly doubled the price I was quoted online. Once that was sorted out, the drop-off was even worse. The truck was not clean at pick-up, and the staff acknowledged this. I made sure to clean everything before returning it, including the mess I found when I received the truck, yet I was still charged for a cleaning service that wasn't necessary. I also returned the truck with the gas tank filled to the same level I received it, but was charged for a gas refill. It seems they have a system in place to overcharge customers and profit from it. Even another customer renting a U-Haul nearby overheard my conversation with the manager and commented that it seemed suspicious. To make your move less stressful, I advise against using this dealer, as they may scam you out of your money!

Look at the receipt, I drove less than 20 miles, I put $5 of gas in the truck and they charged me an additional $11,9 in fuel. I will never rent from UHaul again

It was quick and they were friendly. They swapped me out to a bigger truck fairly easily, which was nice. The storage part of the truck was very dusty so a lot of my furniture had to be cleaned after I took it out.

the truck was covered in bugs and needed a wash. the person who was supposed to help us was sick so we had to talk to someone over the phone to handle the whole rental.

I rented 4 dozen furniture blankets. This location only provided 1,5 dozen. They did refund me and give me a cheaper rental price (hence why they got 3 stars instead of 2). Truck was clean and operable. Checkout process was complex and required use of my personal phone. Truck only had under a half a gallon of gas at pickup. I did not choose this location when I rented. U-haul assigned it to me the day before I picked-up my truck. So I don't recommend this location, but you may be forced to use it anyway.

Make sure your app loads everything so people don’t get stuck trying to get everything submitted and then pick up or drop off at the wrong time, even though they were there, but the app wasn’t working!!!

I dropped the truck and equipment off on Friday evening about 6 pm....and uhaul was closed so one of the employees call a manager and handed me the phone - he said they would take the key and then it would be checked in on Saturday morning. I received a notice from Uhaul on Monday that I was late returning my rental - so it was not checked in until Monday after I reached out to see what was going on.

Your app is terrible. Make it the customers responsibility to document all vehicle damage, gas level etc. App freezes. Picked up the truck from front desk who personally provided keys. 20 minutes later got an email that stated I was going to get charged for not picking up the truck. I responded that I just picked up the truck. 5 minutes later got a phone call from the rudest unprofessional representative who asked how I got the truck - like I stole it. I explained. He demanded that I immediately fwd my drivers license info via app as the person whom I picked up the truck from didn't do their job. I had just sat down at a restaurant to eat. I said I would happily oblige within the hour. He told me that was not possible and it needed to be done immediately. I told him to come pick up his truck in the parking lot and hung up. Bad business all the way around. Have always used respectable truck services- Penske, Ryder. Do what a mistake w Uhaul. One and done. And, as I'm sure this feedback will not be posted, I'll make sure to post it myself on every possible website mostly because of your horrible rep that phoned me
