Any time I tried to take a photo I'd get an error , what a mess . Took an extra 40 minutes from arrival to finish the beginning process .

Always a pleasure to rent from this location Uhaul Neighborhood Dealer. The owner is a joy to work with and always fair. Big bonus is the Mega Saver is always worth stopping in to find many unique items from Eastern Europe. This Mega Saver is Unique to Omaha. Definitely recommend getting your Uhaul trucks here.
Marc RThe location employee didn't seem to understand how to complete the online forms very well. Someone else's drivers license photo was in my reservation initially. When I made the reservation, I did not request a dolly and pads, but they were on my reservation. The employee did not know how to remove them from my reservation. She called multiple people, one of which said the items had been removed from my order, but the amount I was charged indicates the items were still there. I did NOT take a dolly or pads. Then, the next morning after returning the truck, there was an additional $1.99 charge on my credit card for what I have no idea. I will not rent from this location again and will consider other vendors due to all the trouble.
