The rig was clean but the heat switch was stuck. Not good when temp is 15. Also I did not like the hidden fees I get the price per mile and gas. Just not a fan of fees that you don't see until you get the bill. I should have been told of ALL fees up front

Verify that the truck is truly clean. At first glance the truck looked clean, but there was actually grease all over the truck bed that I had to clean prior to using it. Unfortunately I did not notice this at first as their were multiple homeless hanging around the truck area. The key lock boxes were not locked.
ZACH TEnsure the trucks are clean and run well. This truck’s cab and cargo area were not clean. This truck also leaks oil and now I have an oil stain on my new driveway. Also, I rented a dolly and it was not in the truck upon arrival. The worker rolled it out to me and left it in the parking lot where I had to load it into the truck.

Cherie IEquipment was not present. App did not work when trying to pick up the truck. Would not have been frustrated except it was raining and had to wait for management to say it was ok to leave anyway.
