The first U-Haul had serious driving problems as soon as I accelerated on the street. Had to turn around and exchange. It was like the engine wasn't getting fuel. Hermiston U-HAUL was fantastic. Second vehicle performed excellent and got us across the the state just fine. Can't say enough about how great the U-Haul man was.

NORMAN LI reserve to pick up in Pendleton Oregon. They rented it out. I had to go Hermiston. Then drive back to Pendleton. The gentleman in Hermiston was not friendly. Then I had to keep truck two extra days. They bill me 170. I ask about droo off location in Hermiston to Springfield Oregon he said yes, checking in the Uhaul they wanted me to take it to a Eugene Location. If its $40. An extra day. Why was I charged 170.? The manager gave me 150 extra miles since Pendleton screw me over . Then unloading my stuff my boxes was wet my tv stand got water damage

ROBERT EI dropped the U-Haul trailer off after hours.
RANDY RStop allowing Melody Muffler rent uhauls. He did not have any of the equipment I requested in my reservation. He also made subtle racist remarks about the Hispanic population in the area. His shop is not welcoming, and I felt very unsafe in his building, it was very dark and tons of cars taken apart, carefully navigate through the piles.
Traci BIt was a dump and seem shady. People were nice though.
Clarke HDon't count on a hand truck, even after you pay for it. There wasn't one for the truck, or in their other trucks, or even at any of the U-Haul locations in town. Be careful when setting up on-line - they did not include the stop I told them we were making to a storage unit and this resulted in a $47 extra charge for the extra mileage - that we could do nothing about because they already had the credit card number. We returned the truck with extra gas and a day early. Sadly that didn't help the situation either.

Robert BWhen we picked up the truck, we asked if we could keep it one extra day. The person who was representing the business said sure for extra $40. And he'd appreciate it if we brought the truck back as he had a hard time getting ones of that size. Even tho it was slightly inconvenient for us to do that we agreed. Original deal was we picked up Thursday evening and return Friday evening but we asked to keep until 2 pm on Saturday to give us a little more time. On Saturday morning, we received an angry threatening call from the representative of the business we picked it up at saying we had stolen the U-Haul, where was it and was calling the police. We returned the U-Haul and when he saw us, quickly stammered, Oh sorry I had the wrong person I called you instead. Really? Very unprofessional
Steve BMy name and information was used fraudulently but not by the customer, by the rental agency. They had the trailer rented to me and I don't even live in that town. I did NOT rent a uhaul that day. It was straight up fraud. The rental employee had to know that when they were signing the agreement, a 23 year old male named Christian Caldera was NOT a 44 year old woman. Now they are dodging my calls for an explanation.
ANDREA RRepresentative would not help disconnect or inspect trailer at drop off. Took myself and wife to lift trailer off hitch. Said I wanted to have trailer inspected before I left. Representative said would not inspect trailer till someone returned in about half an hour.

David RWas not made aware of allotted miles for a one way trip from Hermiston to Richland Washington only 39miles so I was charged 60 bucks for all miles over 39
