SABRINA RThe drop off place was a really small business, not well marked so we passed it twice before finding it. As you enter, there is no place to turn around. However, the staff was friendly and they got in the truck and drove it into their facility and turned it around for us so that was nice.

APRIL CU-HAUL. at Mighty Mini Storage is my go to location for truck rentals. This is my 3rd rental in the past year. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this location for anyone needing to rent a truck in the Chattanooga area.
Thomas MGreat on-line reservation, greeted upon arrival, excellent check-in time, vehicle ready and provided immediately. The truck performed wonderfully and was clean (might want to check windshield fluid levels in the future). The return process was fast and easy. Will definitely use the same location in the future.

GLYNIS FI don't know how you could improve this without making an entrance from the traffic light at the nearest intersection. It is impossible to turn left going east.

KETINA BThe tow dolly was not working for my SUV with 20" rims. The tie downs were worn and too short. When I entered my vehicle data, the website was stating that it will work. The drop off location also changed what was frustrating. Had to bring the 26' truck & dolly to a different location than the 6x12 trailer. When I wanted to pick up the 6x12 trailer, the electrical cable was broken. Had to go to a different location, wasted 1 hour. The inspections prior pickup should be improved.

I will not hesitate to use this Uhaul in the future! Right next to a Walmart gas station as well for that last minute fill up. Very convenient.

Chad BI originally reserved the truck from another location but a customer did not bring it back when they were supposed to but Uhaul was very quick to fix the problem. It was a little inconvenient but I was very much compensated. Excellent customer service. Very satisfied with how I was treated and how the problem was fixed. Merci.
