Very difficult to get into the business from East Brainard Road. No sign in front of the business. No vehicle parking for customers. Lady at the desk was very nice and helpful with the paperwork, etc

John W.Very run down and cramped premises. I was told someone would come and disconnect the trailer. No one did, I had to disconnect it and move it into place by myself.
