Location and service was good. The truck did not run great. 140k miles on it.
JOSEPH CLocation needs more parking space.
THOMAS WI asked for some guidance on the loading ramp. And I got it. But it turns out, I didn't get "enough", and the thing missing really cost me a lot of time. It turns out that the ramp has two positions when deployed. The "down" position, where you just pull the ramp out of its sliders after releasing the various catches, but ALSO, an "up" position, where the ramp is "even with" the truck deck. I got no training on how to get the ramp from the down to the up position (or even that there was an up position). That made getting some heavy stuff onto the truck quite difficult. It was not until I hired some day laborers (experienced loaders), that they should me how to put the ramp up properly. Both positions are useful, in fact we used both, not just on accident, but also on purpose because of the height of two items was right at the limit. (And the "up" position, with a dolly was too tall, where as the down position with a dolly, slid onto a moving blanket worked OK. Sure would have liked the extra knowledge of "up" position. It cost me 6 hours of doing things the hard way, and extended my rental by a day.
DAVID OThe staff at Rent One equipment are always so helpful and friendly. They are quick to assist and get me in and out. I arrived today to drop off my rental and my phone had died. They allowed me to call my wife to get picked up. Now and days, people are pretty reluctant to allow you to do anything like this. Both workers are awesome. They have everything you could ever need for any job. They are truly the reason why I continue to use them for all my rental needs. Thanks So much Colin M

MICHEL BThe truck almost overheated. Mechanic came over and filled a gallon of antifreeze. We lost important hours in the moving process. Then the large mirror fell off the truck when folding it back for safety when in tight spaces. Improved maintenance of the vehicles is recommended.

OSVALDO MTruck had a check engine light on startup. Owner said they had no others available. Suggested I leave and call the 1-800 number. Had to drive to another location and get a bigger truck I didn't need so I wouldn't miss my window for my movers. Ended up costing me way more money and now I have to dispute the first charges.

FLOYD JYou advertise $20 for a pick up truck - but that is VERY misleading. I was also charged per mile and had to replace the gas. $20 quickly turned into $100 for a 35 mile/3 hour rental. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! Total rip off

Alejandro CDrop off location for our second rental was closed and the drop box was behind a fence. The app was unable to determine my location and I had to call the next day to confirm the drop off and end of the rental - way more trouble than it should have been..
Jay LFriendly owners and very flexible and accommodating. I will rent from them anytime I need to use a van or truck.

Richard SI put 4 stars because 1 thing, the app it doesn’t work as it should I tried to pick up my rental truck overnight and the app wasn’t working, but for the rest I had to come back next day in the morning to pick it up and the service was great and fast I have no complaints about that I hope the problem with the app gets fixed soon

MICHAEL PI reserved a 20' truck and the fact I didn't get it really screwed up my entire week. The inconvenience snowballed throughout the several extra days I had to keep the truck because it was so much smaller than I needed. I appreciate the $50 credit due to the messed up reservation but the mistake ended up costing me well over $200. I rent from you guys all the time (check my reservations from last week alone!) and this last rental was so much worse than any of my other rentals

deanna pI have my reservation at 7:30 am on a truck at the campus drive location which was not open until 9:00 am. It is unprofessional for a big company like U-Haul from which I certainly expect more. The experience was subpar and frustrating, causing my moving schedule to be delayed and affected greatly. My reservation of the elevator at my building was canceled and it costed me the cancellation fee.

Chase CThis location lied to my face, refused to accept the truck, insisted that a different location would be contractually obligated to accept the truck, and then refused multiple times to contact Uhaul or the alternate location at my explicit request. After driving all the way to the other location I was informed that I was lied to and sent back.
