Great place and friendly staff. But the staff needs to help the customer by better explanation of any and all of the rental information policy's do's and don't before the customer leaves there location.
Larry C.The heater was broken on the van I rented and I had it for a 2 day period where it rained non stop. The defrosters didn't work so I had to blast cold air to prevent the windows from fogging during my 3 hr drive in the rain. It was a pretty miserable experience and I was freezing. It should be protocol to check those things after every use.
