Alec MThe lady that helped me was lovely & explained everything & answered my questions. The truck was clean & well maintained. I would rent from that location again without question.
Georgia BThe drop-off experience was horrible. It was all done through the app and extremely frustrating and infuriating. Pictures were not loading properly, nobody to speak with or inspect our vehicle, and the key drop off was not secure. Anyone off the street could have just stuck their hand into the slot. Did not like this experience at all.
Miguel CIt was a bad decision to go to this location. She was very rude. She canceled my order and redid it and never asked me how many miles I would be doing and just made it up. Wasn’t prepared for that high amount hold on my card. I canceled my debit card because I was charged twice and I didn’t feel comfortable with her having my credit card information. DONT USE THIS LOCATION
