Mike was very helpful, especially backing up the tow trailer. He saw i was having problems and parked it for me.

KERRY CI rented a 5' x 8' trailer the exterior of the trailer was in good condition, the interior smelled like grease and the floor still had dirt on it, I had to spray WD-40 on the rollers for the door to open all the way

Peter LI dropped off after business hours. There was nothing indicating where was okay to park, and it was a very tight lot to maneuver a bigger truck.
DEREK CThe reservation process was distressing initially. I made a reservation for 8/18 in Brick Township, NJ. I was traveling from New Hampshire. The day before on 8/17, I get a call and am told that there are no trailers available on 8/18 in the area I had reserved. The closest location was over an hour away. !!!! I was told that there was availability on 8/17 and 8/19, but neither was convenient. In the end, U-Haul was able to get me a trailer close to the area that worked for me. It all worked out well, but there was a period of time where it looked like it would all fall apart. I am grateful that U-Haul was able to get me a reservation that worked out for me. Merci

Crisnoel CPoor service and just rude. The North Loudoun in Virginia where I picked the trailer up shouldn't even be in business. Poor service rude and spent half of my day, because the guy refused to rent me the trailer without insurance. I was warned that that was going to happen because they get commission. I spent a hr. Calling customer service to get it reversed. Just a awful trip overall dealing with uhaul

MARK HThe guy who rented me the van, I assume it was the owner, was very nice, personable, polite, etc. That is why it's Two Stars and not one! I told him I'd be quick- half mile to my storage unit and right up the road to Monmouth County Reclamation Center. Loaded the van drove to the property only to be told they don't take rentals!! He said it's the law, which was confirmed by the place They referred me to. The garage says he had No idea. Seriously?? You rent vehicles, have the dump right up the street and you had no clue? Get real. $50 wasted, only to return to my storage unit with my stuff. Unbelieveable.Now, if he gave me a heads-up (because he SHOULD have known if he didn't) I would have given 5 stars.

Huy HThe truck was "ready for pickup" except for the fact that all the snow/ice was on the roof and between the windshield wipers. Becomes a hazard when you go on the highway. This should have been taken care of for the amount of money I paid to have the car for 3 hours.
