The person who helped me was awesome however my experience with uhaul has been horrible. For the past 2 Sundays, the truck we rented was not available and there was no one to help us. Tried to rent a 20ft truck and was left getting a 10ft bc it was all that was left even though it was reserved. Waiting 40 minutes to talk to someone and still waiting to hear from someone is horrible service. If it wasn't for the one guy there we wouldn't have had a truck at all.Yaniv S.

When you have limited availability and NO availability of an online reservation made weeks in advance communicating perhaps before the DAY before a customer is moving. More communication is always better. When directing a customer to an unstaffed pickup location making it easier to transition to smart phone pickup would be great. We lost over an hour of our day waiting on hold then working with a pleasant customer service representative. There also should have been updated photos of the vehicle to approve. I was assessed damage from a previous customer because The photos were not updated. Thankfully I had gotten the insurance. Overall I rate this a poor U-Haul experience. Next will be the tolls incurred on my trip. I have an EZPass account, why can't I link it for the rental?Jeffrey D.

The only issue was that my preferred pickup location was approximately 20 miles north of the Wall Township location I was ultimately sent to. Maybe next time you can consider giving the client more than a day's notice that they may need to work in extra travel time on their moving day if their truck is not available at the preferred location. Other than that, Ross Dorrers Corner Garage pickup location was great - the gentleman who helped me with the truck did a great job preparing me for driving the truck.Kristen D.
