hector rThe employees here are great! A move is stressful enough just on its own, and looking around for trucks and dealing with dismissive employees is what you DON'T want when you're relocating. The folks here at San Antonio Auto Center are not like that at all! I got to deal with people who were very friendly, very helpful, and funny. Just a fantastic team to have help me out with getting my rental van together. I ordered everything in advance so it would be ready the following week and, sure enough, all was good and in order when I went for the pick up. They were even great on the phone when I called a couple of days before pick up to make sure there were no glitches and that the van would be ready. I'd definitely rent a van or truck from them in the future.

Cindy DI would say the individual renting the truck to us was extremely knowledgeable and nice due to the situation the vehicle had to be used the next day we were told that it was going to be $20 extra from what we already paid turned out they charged us way more it was supposed to be closer to 100 it turned out to be over $140 I don't know who's reading this or who is interested but I just want to say I haven't been a Google advisor for many years now I've complimented on quite a few different locations restaurants and individuals and the same aspect I have been treated with respect and not treated with respect as for this situation I would say it was about half and half we had very minimum funds to do this move in and was told one thing and done another for me to recommend someone else for this particular establishment I would say I would not due to the situation our bank is now in a standstill and the money that was taken out was way more than was told that was going to be if I was to rate this place I would definitely read it about a six for I don't believe that people should say one thing I do another I believe it's inconsiderate and undermining to the individual that's renting the actual vehicle we were very dissatisfied in the outcome of the whole experience and on a lighter note will never be using this establishment again
BONNIE AAfter the experience I had with the vehicle, which clearly did not receive any type of maintenance check before being issued to me, I would never recommend this location, nor will I ever rent from Uhaul again. Check the history Uhaul...I have rented several times from you!

John TI got charge a fueling fee when i clearly returned the truck with the fuel greater than when I picked it up. I have the receitpt that shows how much gas it had at time of pick up and yet was charged to refuel the truck to full.
JOSE RWell I would of loved my deposit back, time was extra because there was bad weather and I was driving with caution, I would think that would matter and if I don’t receive my refund I would not recommend or reuse U-Haul again

GEORGE NMy pickup experience was actually great. I worked with two people and both were helpful and kind. I actually told myself I would only use their location moving forward. I also appreciated the 24 hour drop off. However, the great experience turned sour when I received my invoice the following day. I always take a photo of the mileage when I leave and upon my return whenever I rent vehicles. This time was no different. However, they had added ten miles. I called and emailed the location directly to try and fix the error, but I did not receive a response. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to a simple mistake. However I was forced to call UHAUL directly for the refund. Because of this, I will not return to this location.

STEPHANIE CAlthough we ordered a dolly and furniture pads, they did not come with the truck. We then had to move heavy furniture by hand, resulting in injury. We were also charged for the pads we never received. I will absolutely never rent a uhaul again.

So I had to wait till the other customer brought back the truck that I'd rented. The entire process took way too long - too much time was wasted.

Jean Sthe location was great … the call center place which is uhaul ,was horrible .. they reported my uhaul stolen,even after I asked if I can use it another two days… ..because I couldn’t make the payment on the phone right then and there .. the pickup location was ok with excepting the payment in cash after I was done .. location great …uhaul employees not so much ..

David BStrongly recommend ramps for 10 foot trucks. Still recovering from broken foot from falling off back ledge of truck I rented in November. Ledge was slick due to morning fog. I was holding onto the back hand hold at the time. At least abrasion tape should be on the ledge.
