Busy but we'll maintained location. Easy to access/navigate. Service personnel was pleasant & helpful. Business hours are shorter than usual but after hours drop- off is available.
CAROL RBob is extremely helpful, and caring. He goes above and beyond in helping you secure equipment, and getting you situated with everything. I was called by u-haul to go pick up my trailer an hour away in wheatland, and went in to speak to Bob about getting a rental truck for the day. He called that location and said another trailer had just been dropped off at his place that he would give to us, preventing the need for taking a day trip to a totally different city. He also helped change the reservation so we could pick it up a day later after we filled the truck we were renting. He made the whole process so much easier for us and we're beyond grateful for everything he did to help us, especially since the u-haul app had nothing but problems the entire time we used it.
NICHOLAS PWe ended up having the equipment longer than expected and they were understanding and agreeable! They didn't rush us and even helped us extended the rental out, so we wouldn't get dinged!

randy kI reserved for a Laramie, WY pick up, but I was called a couple of days prior to say I would have to drive to Cheyenne for pick up. The trailer was filthy on the outside. The inside was clean.

Justin AThe worst experience I've had with Uhaul in awhile. Didn't tell me alot of stuff about how my card would be charged then overcharged me to where I had to get ahold of customer service. They extended my rental without getting ahold of me first (against policy). I will be going to the real location from now on and not this neighborhood one for that reason. Nobody likes being charged incorrectly or without their approval.

THOMAS LWe reserved our Uhaul online, which was an easy process. When we arrived to pick it up, the gentleman in the office was very kind, attentive, and made our pick up swift and easy! He clearly explained everything to us and made sure that we didn't have any questions before sending us on our way. I would highly recommend this location over a few other locations in town.

ERIC WOne of the best retail experiences I've had. The agent worked hard to find an auto transport for me on relatively short notice.
RYAN ADon't change the location someone chooses. Also make sure you get the extra ordered (moving blankets). I wasn't charged, but I ordered a dozen blankets. It was huge inconvenience to have to pick up the truck several miles from the place I chose. That may make me look elsewhere the next move.

MATTHEW PCommunicate better. I made the reservation with one location and was not notified of a change of pick up location until I went to the first location and was told I needed to pick it up at a different location. The first location was clear across town. The new pick-up location was very near my house. I was on a tight timeline and the wasted time was not appreciated.

My pickup locatioj got changed 3 times and everytime I would go to the one instructed to go to I was told the talk trailer wasn't delivered for my reservation so I had to jump around the city until finally this location had one that would fufill my reservation. Besides that everything else was great
