I was so impressed with the trucks, the facility abs Especially with the young lady who runs it Tailor that specifically chose this location when I needed another truck. Just like the first time she was quick and professional and Outstanding in every way. Thank You again for Both Excellent expectations with Uhaul!!

STEVEN HThe pickup location was excellent. Customer service was great and the check out experience was easy and quick. However, I did experience a water leak after driving through some rain, resulting in a couple of my furniture items getting wet, most notably the bedroom mattress I was transporting for my granddaughter. The mattress and mattress pad was very wet all along the bottom edge, although it was nowhere near the roll-up door. I left a note about it with the rental paperwork that I dropped in the overnight box (as well as a voicemail)at the drop off location in Texas, but never heard anything back.

larry sWhile the storage was well maintained the last few items I moved out unbeknownst to me had bugs of several different kinds in them. I had to go thru them and clean out before storing in my garage. I also moved out on the day my storage was due for payment and was told there was no refund that was taken out that day, which in my opinion was crappy.

Rodney BWhen we arrived at 2:30pm there were no vehicles in the parking lot and a sign on the door stating they were showing a client a unit and would return to the office at 3pm. They did not have enough cell signal to do the self return feature so we called the office. The number led us to someone off site who didn't know anything regarding accepting returns and by the time she got the return processed it was 3pm. Just as the clock hit 3pm, a beige SUV came fast into the parking lot, put in a code, and went directly behind the main office. Pretty sure that was the employee that was supposedly helping someone in the back but was actually offsite. It was raining the entire time we were there so I got soaked unhooking the trailer and taking pictures while trying to process the online self return which didn't work due to low cell signal. I won't be back there…..

Jimmy DI am as high maintenance a customer as there is on the planet, I admit to that. With that said, one word fits my pick up experience: OUT-FREAKING-STANDING!! (I guess that's not really one word, but I had to keep it clean).

However, it is a new facility and I know that there are issues to resolve at first, so I rate it very well overall. The gentleman at the front counter was excellent. He would be the definition of customer service. Thank you!!
