Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLove the ladies that work here, always kind and informative. Easy access to my storage and not a complaint to be made. Thank you so much.
Rebecca L | Expérience généraleGood service and helpful people
Fady B | Expérience généraleAlthough our time at the storage depot was short, if we ever need another storage unit we would definitely come back. The people working in the office are super nice and always willing to help.
Michelle D | Expérience généraleVery clean..easily accessible at all times ..
Lisa H | Expérience généraleI have used this facility multiple times and still have a unit with them. I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed with their facility or staff.
Robert H | Expérience généraleI slipped and fell in rat urine inside the unit d-18 that nobody wants to take accountability and responsibility for having control over. It caused me to under go surgery and be out of work and my life to be out of the ordinary until I’m able to heal. Hospital bills no work and your lives go on. It’s not right nor is it fair.
Jennifer A | Expérience généraleGreat facility with friendly accommodating staff. Highly recommend.
Larry R | RéservationThe staff were incredible and knew us by name! We always felt welcome.
Melanie H | Expérience généraleExcellent facility, access, lighting, climate controlled, protected from pests! Easy access for loading, unloading and turning around a big truck! Tailor at the front desk was amazing. She is helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Most of all she is happy and cheerful which made my stressful time much easier. Thanks to you all for an excellent experience moving in and out! I highly recommend The Stirage Depot in Shelbyville. SW
