Auaette W | Overall ExperienceStaff was great but my unit was infested with rat droppings and insects. I had rat dropping on 70% of my boxes and totes. I also had insects throughout my furniture, chairs, nightstands. Need to spray more often for insects and more done on the rat issue.

I had to go thru them and clean out before storing in my garage. I also moved out on the day my storage was due for payment and was told there was no refund that was taken out that day, which in my opinion was crappy.

However, it is a new facility and I know that there are issues to resolve at first, so I rate it very well overall. The gentleman at the front counter was excellent. He would be the definition of customer service. Thank you!!
