The owner/manager/employee (not sure which she was but that's a compliment in itself) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Processed my on-line reservation quickly. She was very helpful in getting the trailer hooked up especially while I was dealing with a loose wire on our vehicle. I would definitely use this location again and will also recommend to anyone I know. I stopped using U-Haul years ago due to poor service but had no choice this time. Very happy to have this experience.

The drivers door did not close easily. It took a good slam FYI
Heath SThe truck was in poor shape and had over 103,000 miles. The steering wheel shook when applying the brakes, the radio didn't work all the time and the miles didn't light up at all times.
