DEAN SI rent trucks often for my small business. Jerry is always great to work with, the site is clean and well maintained - vehicles too. It is truly a pleasure doing business with this particular location.
EDWARD WTruck worked fine, but had lots of dirt on the windows and elsewhere. Manager was very helpful in explaining the rental before hand. Location was very convenient to me and saved me mileage and time.

YONG DLocation was good, however, the WiFi in the parking lot of the business (closed on Monday's) caused lengthy delays both checking in and out. Self check is a great business model, just needs to be peppier. Truck was perfect, clean and sufficient fuel to complete the task of the day.

WESLEY CRental location was set to open 30 mins after my reservation, but didn't. Location didn't have 26' truck anyway. Your booking system failed you. I had to scramble with your logistics people to find another locations/ truck. I was an hour late for my movers, which I hired via haul. NOT IMPRESSED

JEFFREY DThe location itself was great. However the website and app were not working for me. I had to talk to three agents from U-Haul, the last of the agents was the only one that was helpful. I spent 2 hours of my busy day trying to get the glitchy system to work for me.

Martin BTruck interior was cleaned, but the exterior and windshield was very dirty...I cleaned it but FYI...location is great from a location, it's just a small office and hours are different than your larger stores....
Rob MI had to drive over an hour north to get the truck! Then an hour south to get the car carrier! Get your act together. I recommend Penske. Penske has pick up and return at Home Depot. Person calling day before scheduled pickup was horrible. Couldn't speak English.I have her recorded twice. You should be embarrassed. Never use Uhaul again.

Thomas FI had to wait at least 30 minutes for the manager to open the door. Then was told I could have just dropped the keys in the box. He asked me to move the truck and said don't worry he would check it in. I received an additional charge because he checked it in the next day. Very poor customer service. He said he was a general manager for years and not to worry. This is the first time in a long time I did a one way move and it was not a good return experience plus I now have to prove when I dropped the truck off with the equipment inside which doesn't even seen to be checked in yet. Very disappointing.

Traffic was terrible in every direction on my way back, I was about an hour late, they didn't charge additional fee which was appreciated especially since I was doing a favor for a dear friend.

ROBERTO CManager was sitting in the office with the door locked so we could have lunch. Made me wait 20 minutes till he got done then wouldn't give me a receipt was a real asshole. Then I see I got charged three dollars more for dropping off at a different location after I've been to one location that was already closed terrible business practice. You guys do have dealers that aren't open..

Jason SI was told to walk into the locked gate to get my rental truck behind the locked gate. I could not start the truck and was looking for what I need to do to drive a truck for the first time. After five minutes I gave up. I walked back into the office. I was told my truck was at a different location. This time he was correct. If you can improve one putting a truck number matching the key, i would not waste my time identifying the right truck.
