Manager went above and beyond to find a solution to the vehicle that we had reserved but wasn't in yet. When we where almost getting the alternative vehicle, the one that we had reserved come into the lot. That makes us happy customers and thankful for the provided service .

The most recent couple were swept out but the windows and mirrors are always dirty inside and out to the point where it's dangerous to operate. The customer is paying to use the truck we should not have to clean it before we use it. It should be delivered ready to operate.
