The process of picking up through the app is cumbersome and lengthy. Would choose location with actual people. App kept glitching and had to call customer service. Guy at the location was not willing to assist.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHave someone in the office that has good people skills. Not act like everything is a burden to him. The vehicle itself did work for us. However, it sounded like the roof was about the tear off. The vibration and flapping noise was literally unbearable. You couldn’t hear the radio you couldn’t hear the person next to you talking. Not satisfied I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I picked it up.
PAUL BOne issue we had was there was very little gas left when we picked up the truck but that wasn’t the fault of Storage King. The app also kept crashing and glitching when trying to check in but again, not the fault of Storage King. The customer service over the phone the day before with storage king was awesome!! Thank you for all your help to answer my questions, the man who works at Storage King was so friendly and helpful. He checked around for me when I needed moving blankets, and I greatly appreciated that!
