With 2 businesses in one place, it was a bit congested first thing in the morning with customers needing water tested and trucks loading pool supplies, but they do have lots of staff so the wait was not long.

NELSON PWe rented a 10 foot truck from this location. About an hour into the drive the truck started clicking loudly and smoking and it broke down in the middle of the road. We checked the oil stick and it was almost completely empty and black. After talking with Uhaul support we decided to go buy oil and fill it ourselves just to get it back to the location. That's a pretty big safety hazard to not be checking your oil levels and letting people drive these trucks around.
Tashina JEquipment was clean and owner was thorough and caring, she make sure the trailer was all set in correctly and all functioning right before sending us off and attention was prompt, I felt very comfortable shopping there and now that I know I will be treated great I would go back again!

HAROLD HI dropped the equipment off after hours and had no interaction with the staff. I rated them as poor only to draw attention to the fact that there is no option for 'n/a' or 'did not experience' as there are with other, more robust, survey systems. And without giving a rating on both pick up and drop off, the survey cannot be submitted.

JAY MThe vehicle had a lot of dirt on the inside. I only had 37 miles until empty, I had to go straight to a gas station before I could do anything. It ran rough on the start of driving, eventually would run smoothly. The biggest issue, no gas to start like other rentals I've used.. Bad business.

CHERYL NUnfortunately my Uhale had a headlight out and I had to wait a hour and 45 minutes for someone to come install a new one. I paid to have the uhale for four hours and half of my time was wasted on maintenance. Please check all your vehicles before renting them out.

linda aI paid 40 dollars for 2 dozen moving blankets and there were not moving blankets in the truck at all and there was no way to remove them from my reservation. So I paid 40 dollars for an item that I did not get to use. When I picked the truck up I took a picture of the empty back as proof there were no moving blankets.
