Was never told where to pick up trailer. Got confirmation call for time but not where. Assumed it was preferred spot like every other time but get there and told I have to drive 30 miles away.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSwim Rite Pools was very nice and knowledgable when I needed to change my drop off location. Only problem we had was the enclosed trailer shook relentlessly. I assumed it was the bumpy roads at first. After we loaded the trailer and hit the road it became very evident. This thing shook out teeth out (9hr drive). We actually had someone flag us down on I-75 and ask us if we were hauling a load of monkeys (embarrassing). I'm glad I bought the insurance so this doesn't get pinned on me. I was expecting better especially for the price?
Brennan SMaddie here was so wonderful and so helpful. She listened to my experience and is doing everything she can to help. I cannot express how kind and empathic she is!
SARAH BI am computer illiterate. The staff walked me through the program. The truck did the job. It was easy to drive and handle. Thank you very much
