Returned truck and trailer 1 day early and they would not reimburse us for the 1 day early return or the additional mileage even after showing proof of miles traveled. Costing us an additional $90 + $19.99. Rip off

HAROLD HI dropped the equipment off after hours and had no interaction with the staff. I rated them as poor only to draw attention to the fact that there is no option for 'n/a' or 'did not experience' as there are with other, more robust, survey systems. And without giving a rating on both pick up and drop off, the survey cannot be submitted.
