Worst service I have ever received!!!! Won't use this service ever again after this! I always used uhaul in the past. The service has went so far down hill! As far as I'm concerned I should get a full refund! I'm even going to share my experience with everyone. I was told I had to deal it (the service/experience) and no discount would be given! Totally unacceptable! If you guys want to save me and a ton of others I would seriously do something about this!

KEITH AThe truck was available on time. The truck is in serious need of maintenance. You could feel it going all the way down the road and we only had to drive 11 miles. They did not have a dolly in the truck for an optional use, though they did have moving blankets for optional use. I would suggest maintaining the vehicles just in case they are needed for longer halls
Sharon HEverything about this rental went great. We picked it up, drove it 5 hours, and then dropped it off the next day. Had no trouble with pickup, loading, or drop off. The interior was also clean and ready for rental.
TANNER BI had a very difficult time using the app after hours at the locations because I did not have service on my phone. I needed the password to the wifi so I could use your app. Very frustrating!!!!!!

DORINDA JMileage allowance did not allow for transit from U-Haul to moving from location or quickest route. We ended over on mileage by 17 miles = $17.

JN MSimple drop off procedure, and staff were friendly. Easy access with the truck. The only problem I had was that U-Haul wants you to use the U-Haul app for drop off if you're dropping it off after hours, or they charge you a $20 "convenience fee" for a staff member to check it in for you the next day. When I got there, the location was just outside of our rural town. I had one bar of cell service and no Wi-Fi. The app took forever to work on my phone, and never did work right. It took literally 10min to upload the first pic, then I started taking the rest of the pics and the app crashed, so I didn't know if it ever finished the return process properly. When I tried to sign it again, it said the return was completed, even though I never got to take and upload all of the photos. So I wasn't sure if it worked right, or if I'd have to pay the $20 fee. But I called the location directly, left a message about the issue, and a very friendly staff member called me promptly the next day and assured me that everything was taken care of. So for that, I commend the location. Merci.
