I was charged an extra $600 for miles I didn't use. I use U-Haul a lot and this was the worst experience yet. This experience is making me not want to use uhaul as I've asked for a refund for those miles I was charged for but did not use. I am very upset by this scam. There was supposed to be a case opened for it but I've heard nothing. I will never recommend U-Haul again because this has not been resolved.

Dan CBefore you leave with the van you have to go through taking pictures of the van and the site didnt work well. Sometimes woouldnt move to the next place.
