The truck was clean inside the cab and outside. The staff explained the truck and moved it out of the parking spot for me. They provided a dozen clean and intact moving blankets. Truck handled well. Easy to use.

They are great people but my rear camera was not working when I got home went bk today I was told I could come whenever I told them about 12:30 pm I got there at 1:30 was told guy left 5-10 mins before I got there I should have called first & for me to call first tomorrow before coming I work nights don’t get home until 3 Am or after so I was disappointed he left. he called me day before so I will try again tomorrow I need my rear camara fixed it worked before installation

The old manager at this location never read emails and would harass people about payments. Other than that pretty good experience.

The entire experience was OUTSTANDING! Patrick, the branch ASM was very professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly, gave great customer service with a very pleasant attitude. He answered all my questions and is an asset to U-Haul. I would highly RECOMMEND this branch above your other local branch's. This also goes for the team that was working last night when I returned my truck, they were very quick in getting me checked back in with very positive customer service and very courteous and positive helpful attitudes. I had a rude manager in the background when I asked for extra days to empty trucks and the ramp was broke on the one truck

I have used this location a couple of times. The staff really doesn't know what they are doing and are more interested in talking with each other than helping customers. It took over 2 hours to pick up my trailer Saturday night and they let me leave without the lights being hooked up.

I think yall need to be more transparent with pricing cause I was quoted 65$ and was charged 118 and plus 13 dollars after I returned the uhaul I was really upset about that

The trailer was previously used by someone that had greasy parts in it. Grease was all over the trailer. I used it for sand. The sand helped clean off the grease. I used a blower to clean the trailer after I used it.

Day shift staff messed up the contract. Zachary was the person who did my contact. Had to pay 73 dollars for 14 miles over. End up with a hold on my return because of a contact mistake.

The 12 X 6 open trailer I rented was well-maintained from a mechanical standpoint, but it was not clean. It needed to be scrubbed with a pressure washer or, better, a steam cleaner. There was an oily substance in the bottom and on the sides of the trailer. Some of the "mess" got onto a mattress even though we tried to prevent it by using our own blankets to cover as much of the mattress as possible. My wife says we can probably remove the substance from the mattress by scrubbing it. Still, I would rent from this U-Haul dealership again. They were very courteous, made helpful suggestions, and checkout and checkin was a breeze.

I must say I was very Im impressed. Usually when I go to U-Haul, the truck are worn out with hella miles. However, this pickup truck was clean, smelled nice, and was amazing on gas. I well definitely be using them again for my future clients for my business, until I pay off my car to afford another truck note lol. But overall im highly satisfied and the customer was the best I've experienced from an U-Haul I've ever done business with.

I received the vehicle with the fuel meter on empty, and a message appeared that the vehicle would run out of fuel in less than 50 miles. I turned around and went back to the store to show the sales person that the vehicle had no fuel despite being told at checkout that it was 3/4 full. The sales person said they would change the fuel level on the contract, but she actually changed it to 1/4 full, which means that I had to pay for a 1/4 tank of fuel in addition to the fuel that I used during the rental. I complained about this fact upon returning the vehicle (5 hours early I might add), and was told there would be no credit to compensate for the extra fuel I had to purchase. I'm not happy about this extra cost that I was forced into. I feel I was owed some level of reasonable compensation by reducing the price of the contract.

The lady that did my contract was very knowledgeable & very patient. Although she was there alone , it was about 4-5 of us waiting. One of the customers was giving her a very hard time and she remained professional as she was back in forth , in and out doing her job! . Make sure you have more staff scheduled , she did great. But. , it shouldn't have been that much on one person

I ordered an appliance dolly with the truck, and they did not have the dolly. But I was given a furniture dolly instead and was able to make due. Thank goodness I personally owned a small dolly or it would have been a big problem.

Really convenient to use to store my daughter's items I don't want to transport for college. Love the fact that it's a staffed location. Use an unstaffed location for her freshman year with no problem but year 2. All her stuff was stolen. Staff wasn't helpful when dealing with that situation

It was a bit confusing with the door codes at first. Had to ask a n employee. Our unit was hard to find at first but I'm glad the employee was there to show us how to access it.

It was infested with rats!!!!! Told employees several times nothing was ever done about it. Had to throw away a lot of stuff.

Customer service was rude. We were locked out of the building during office hours. No one in the office would assist us. The general manager stated I would get a refund. I was emailed several invoices showing my refund. Several days later, I have not seen my refund nor does anyone in the office answer the phone during normal business hours.

I had a very pleasurable experience storing with U-Haul. Ms. KaDejia, the manager at the Hwy 80, Pearl location, was a gem. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. U-Haul is lucky to have Ms. KaDejia!

This is by far the worst facility I have ever used anywhere. I lost several hundreds of dollars merchandise due to the lack of pest control. Rats chewed yp my furniture, urinated and dedicated on my furniture and clothes. Let's not forget the roaches and spiders that infested my belongings also. Would not recommend this facility to a homeless person to live. This place needs to be condemned.

I honestly don't recall the young lady's name from yesterday 11/29/2022, when I checked out. But she is the sweetest person I've met here in MS. She knows of my situation and prayed for calm for me. God Bless her. I will Miss MS for a while, but as soon as my Fiancee returns from Iraq, I'll be back up here to be with him. Thank you all you have been fantastic. Brian Imes

Thr only thing I DO NOT like is when your employees talking to each other and see a customer walking in and won't stop talking to eacho other until they're finish their conversation. That is inappropriate. If it doesn't have anything to do with Uhaul or business matter, stop your conversation and take care of the customer.

Access code did not work and had to postpone moving into storage for in the morning. Move to a different storage location for a bigger unit and could not enter the gate of that location. Workers were very nice and very helpful. This location seem to need a update on the systems

I was moving from Houston to MS. Your sales rep. Andrea showed me the convenience of registering and paying online. I felt the Usual pressure of moving diminish. All I had to do was drive and pick up my keys from my mover. I will always recommend Uhaul rental trucks and storage to any one looking to move. Thanks so much!

This company SOLD everything that my family had during a pandemic whereby I don't have a job and 6 dependents with $26 in my bank account. This company has no compassion for people who are going through hard times. COVID-19 is still going on and this company had a lien placed on all of my children's and our family belongings and SOLD them to the highest bidder during a pandemic?
