It would have been helpful to know if cruise control or tilting steering wheel were available. We would have paid more for these features.
Todd LFirst of all, I must comment about the U Haul location on Speedway/Craycroft where I had my original reservation. My reservation was for a 20' truck. The day prior, I received a phone call that the 20' truck was not available. I was offered a 26' truck. Having no other good options, I accepted the 26' truck. The next morning when I went to pick up the truck, the employees could not find the keys to the truck. After wasting 1 hour of my valuable time, I was sent to a location about 15 minutes further away (traffic and road construction) to the Grant Rd. location. The Speedway location ended up wasting 2 hours of my time and I was 2 hours late getting to where I needed to be. The Grant Rd. location was great. What good is a reservation if U Haul can't deliver!?!

TERRANCE RThe Tucson U-HAUL location is amazing. They are always friendly and customer-focused at this location, so we use them for all of our moving needs. They usually go well above and beyond what is necessary to ensure a good customer experience, and we really appreciate them! I wish all of the U-HAUL places would emulate their service record. OTHER INFORMATION When the reservation was made, the pick-up location was identified as 4020 San Mateo NE. But when we arrived at that location at 7AM on the pick-up day, the gentleman told us that they didn't have one-way rentals at that location. He also said that someone should have called the previous day to confirm... which they did not! We didn't have to go to that location at all. Why couldn't your U-HAUL people have provided that clarity?! Why did we not get notified that the pick-up location was a different place all-together? Clearly this facility didn't really care about customer service. If I could rate THIS location, I would give them 2 stars or Below Average (4020 San Mateo NE; ABQ).
JEAN COnly issue was that my close local UHaul did not have the size trailer I needed. The Grant location was a lot further from where I live.

Marsha HAgain, typical Uhaul location. They came out without being asked to and took care of the trailer. My biggest complaint was when I called for a drop off location, I was given a location that was clear across town and would have taken me 45 minutes to get there when there were several locations much closer to me. I was told that when I called for a dropoff, they would use my zip code to locate the nearest location. What I got was an agent who only handled the southern part of Tucson and I live in the Northern part. I had to tell them i wasnt going to the far location and please find me some place closer to me which they did. They were indeed helpful in solving the problem but i shouldnt have had to go through the hassle.

SCOTT SPersonnel was asked to, but did not accompany customer to rental truck to explain the check-out procedure or certain details of its operation. Example: the tow/haul mode button.

MARK HThe young lady who was working was affable. However, she was the ONLY one working on a Saturday morning! The line was to the door. Even when one has a reservation, the process to get into your rental takes more time than it should. I think about how I could fly to LAX tomorrow and have a $100K car waiting for me at Hertz that I could drive away in within 5 minutes! The couple in front of me being helped took far more than 15 minutes in their renting a truck. Doesn't make sense to me, but I have seen this before where the U-Haul process takes way longer than other rental organizations. Thanks

Gregory MThis location was clean and the staff was so friendly. The van was clean and available. This was the third location that I was sent to in order to secure the van that I had reserved. This issue caused me to be late picking up the furniture I purchased and the distance changed. If it wasn't for the pleasant staff at all of the locations I was sent to I would have just given up. U-haul needs to be more on top of the reservations that approve as the first location I was sent to for my reservation didn't even rent vehicles. Kudos to your staff!
Lynne CGreat service at check in and return. Ben was excellent. Good truck. Grant road is a little messed up right now, but don't let this deter you from using this UHaul location. Just approach from the east and turn right into their parking lot.

KIMBERLY VLocation: not good or bad, average.If you live east of here, good luck getting back to where you need to go; I blame the s**thole that is Tucson Urban Planning not these nice folks. Trailer was caked in mud, but I was taking it to the dump so I don't care; you asked. Dude I worked with was nice, helpful, and great.

I rent u haul trucks quite a bit once or twice a month or more, they crew working on Grant and Palo Verde is always friendly, and efficient getting me on the road feeling appreciated for doing business with them.
