The manager, Aungelique, was great to work with. She was very helpful when I needed to change my reservation and made sure I had the equipment I requested. She explained the cost. She is always so helpful when I come in. Virgilio was great as well. He moved a truck for us so we could pull right out. He also offered to throw my trash away so I didn't have to walk to the dumpster.

Yes they made it simple. He unhooked the trailer from my truck checked it for damage and cleaning and was pleased and said I was good to go. Quick and simple. Highly recommend.
GWENDOLYN LThe worst experience with uhaul i have ever had, i will never use uhaul again. The supervisor at this location was the rudest woman i've ever met. I arrived a few minutes to nine, right in time for my 9 reservation that I made months in advanced. When J walked in there was a line of people with no worker in sight saying they had been waiting for half an hour. Then I tracked this young man down and he said he wasn't allowed to check people in, only his supervisor could, and she was pumping propane. I went to ask her for help and she acted like all of us waiting we a total nuisance which she just stood there. My movers were coming at 10 and even though the location near by, they kept us waiting for over an hour. We all had to get the app which asked us a million unnecessary questions since we were THERE. When I finally for the truck, it had 23 miles on it (I have a photo). I needed 30 and that's what I put on the form, but they didn't even car enough to check the gas or fill it before hand. AND once I got the uhaul to the location, my movers were coming FELL INSIDE. Why? the uhaul was soaking wet inside. It had clearly been hosed off and not left to dry. Luckily he was not hurt because he could have sued for this. I also have photos of all the water, so I'll be holding onto those. The supervisor should be fired immediately, she was so rude, refused to her everyone there and this location was literally full of people being rejected and trying to work this stupid app. When I finally left, the people there before me were STILL at here trying to work the app. I'll never use Uhaul again thanks to that woman. Still; when I returned the truck, Virgilio was great. He deserves a promotion. Oh, and yes, I was late for my movers and had to pay extra. All thanks to the supervisor at this location. Reservations mean nothing, apparently. I planned my reservation an hour early and that still wasn't enough for this crazy location.

Bryan SNot sure I would recommend this location . I m a senior citizen and was not accustomed to the new way of doing things. Taking the pictures and with no help was very overwhelming to me. I would like to see a Senior friendly way of doing things. Maybe have us to set things up at home just in case anxiety sets in at the U-Haul . After about 9 to 10 minutes I got through it. What a waste of time. Merci
JACQUELINE BI was put on hold this morning and they never came back. I hung up and called the customer service number. They put my daughter on hold and then came back 10 minutes later and told her they were closed. They told her to pay online. Soncerae was AWESOME!!!! She got everything handled in a timely manner.

MANDY MI asked the clerk several times why my total was over 100$ when the advertisement clearly states 19,99$. She continued to say "it's a flat rate- it does not matter". So my question is- how do I get that rate that is advertised? Why aren't customers informed that it will actually be 100$ or more. I only needed the truck for one hour- but I wasn't given the choice. That was very upsetting.

Marcos FThey added two charges to my ticket. I had to call and go back up there to get one reversed and I'm still waiting on the response for the other charge. They had me on hold for 20 minutes so I drove up there. I get in there and no customers are in there. They are sitting there chatting and on their cell phones while ignoring me on the phone. They give me a card to text Angelique the manager and 24 hours later there has been no response.

I returned at 4:45 and everyone was gone while the hours on the door state you close at 5pm on Sundays. Just rude service.

COREY SI didn't like the take pictures in the app part, the vehicle wasn't parked right for me to take pictures so I had to move it. It took longer than expected that's all.
ANN DI ordered a utility dolly and it was not in the rental truck. Was told they was out of those dollies and I could get an appliance dolly. The young man named Jarvis or something with a J handed me the dolly instead of putting it in the truck. J was rude and unconcerned.

WILLIAM DI don't like how the company has changed and forces the customer to work for free by using their app. The whole reason why I'm loyal to any company is because of the direct human interaction I get from people who represent the company. You taking away the personal aspect of your business, just leaves me feeling exploited as a consumer, seen as nothing more than dollars and cents on someone's ledger who's looking to milk more out of me by doing less. I don't appreciate that I had to download an app for a service I will only use a handful of times in my lifetime. I had a reservation and the app was not at all intuitive in finding where my reservation was. It also was unintuitive on the contract that you can agree from the contract page and not have to go back. I greatly dislike the fact that the contract is microscopic on our phones now, and has me questioning what you are slipping in there that's too hard to read with 20/20 vision. It took at least twice as long for me to get my reservation taken care of, since EVERY SINGLE customer had to get assistance on how to navigate the app in order to just pay you people and go about our day. Taking away the human element of customer service is a huge hassle, very frustrating, and demoralizing. You're no longer providing a service, you're just playing with ways to make the consumer pay for your laziness and greed. It was much easier and a much more positive experience when I was able to go in and have a trained professional deal with navigating your site that they're accustomed to using in a daily basis. I actually resent using U-Haul, because I hate feeling used. Making us do the work your employees used to do for us is consumer exploitation. You're going to have to drastically reduce your fees or offer something free if you're going to continue to expect consumers to work for free for you.

MYRON HThe windshield needed a good cleaning, driving west was challenging to see. And of course I turned up the driver side sun visor and it completely came off. Other than everything else was just fine.
VELIA SI made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn't have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we're all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
