Trailer was clean and rental process was extremely easy
BRUCE THave a faster system. The system kept crashing in the morning and it took longer to check out. Staff was amazing and very apologetic

CHARLIE MI like renting from this location but this trailer I rented stunk really bad and someone added 6 little tree air fresheners to cover the scent and the air fresheners made the smell worse. Otherwise good experiences here.

DANIEL PDog hair was covering both fabric seats. There was a couple of pieces of trash in the front space of the van. Leftover change was left in the cup holder. I wish there was a tidier van for me to drive. Counter clerk was very nice and helpful.
ELEANOR LEverything was nice and clean. Truck was a bit difficult to drive. Seemed to be a lot of slack in steering wheel. Lock on back was difficult to close. Once closed it wouldn't open. Had to return to office for a different lock. Employees handed lock issue quickly.

CLANETRIA GThe van smelled awful of marijuana! I called to let them know & ensure they knew it wasn't us. The gentleman informed me they knew & it must be in the seats or something as they have tried to get rid of smell. With no other vans available, maybe you should disclose that info ahead of time, I am very sensitive to smoke?! To let us find out when it's time to back out on our trip isn't ok. At that point we had no options as we had to meet someone 2 hours away & at a specific time. The van was also relatively dirty. Dirt in the back, door tracks, ashes on dash.

LARRY GJaime is the best!! He greeted us with a smile and assisted us throughout the process of towing the trailer, answering all questions from novices at towing. He explained everything clearly and troubleshot a connection issue with the trailer lights. When we returned the trailer, he had us on our way in a matter of minutes. Kudos to UHaul for hiring such a great people person who knows his stuff!!

MIGUEL MOne of the workers a caucasion male with glasses was so rude and unprofessional ,he was in such a bad mood he told somebody he would stay and he left 30 mins before the customer could get there so the customer came for nothing when i returned the u haul he was parked and wanted to get out but I apparently blocked his way and got aggravated and used racial slurs and tried to fight me ,needs to get terminated asap

ANITA NThe first employee at first was going to let me drive off with warn out straps to hold the car down with. Luckily the second employee noticed before I drove off that the straps were damaged. He told me to hang on he will replace the straps. Only 25 minutes more that's ok. I'm glad he was knowledgeable to see that. What a outstanding employee.! He deserves a bonus for ensuring that we were safe. Safety is the first thing on my mind because I have never used one of this towing trailers before and certainly did not need a accident. And yes the video were a excellent way to help you. Other than that it was good experience.

CAROL GThis wasn't my primary location, my reservation had to be moved here due to your app and website not working for 24/7 pick up. I had to move my appointment to an hour later than I wanted to. I was disappointed by that, but the Kansas took care of me in person really fast.
JAIME PIt was difficult answering yes to was the equipment clean and well maintained. It was acceptable. It looked the previous had spilled some motor oil. It did look like the oil had been wiped up, but not cleaned up. I noticed because I was hauling household furnishings. It was not terrible but it was not clean. Kansas Ave. U Haul is always my first choice. They are so courteous, pleasant, helpful and professional
