When I went to drop off the vehicle, the moment I pulled in a car pulled up behind me and just sat there as if waiting for me to get out. I sat there for maybe 10 minutes or more waiting to see if they would get out or anything before they finally pulled off.

TERRENCE FI provided my vehicle information multiple times for the auto transporter and was told I'd have no issues. I went to put the vehicle on and it didn't fit. When I spoke with U-Haul reps in the phone I was told I would get a call back about this issues that was U-Haul's fault. I have not gotten a callback.

JASON SThe truck, over bumps, felt like it has bad ball joints or struts. It was washing like crazy. Also, after I put more gas in it than what I left with, I saw an extra $40 on the bill that I did not agree to. You can either address this with me, or I will be back at that location in the morning in an unfriendly manner.

SHANE GI really recommend uhaul's ubox! My stuff arrived in excellent condition and the staff that delivers the box were so friendly! My ubox arrived earlier than expected too! Booking was stress free. I'm gonna use ubox again if ever I decided to move again. Thank you so much for excellent service

PAUL DRenting the truck was wonderful and without problems. But, when picking up the trailer the following day was terrible (was with another clerk), when connecting the trailer to the truck, the associate couldn't get the left turn signal to work but assured us it wouldn't be a problem and tried getting us to take the trailer without the left light working and got upset when we wouldn't take the truck that way, so he walked away. Finally after waiving down the man who rented me the truck, he came over and had to rewire the left signal so that it would work. Then we left with his trailer that literally was tugging on the truck horrible, not second guessing u-haul's safety, we assumed this was the way it was suppose to be only to find out in Wyoming when the right front tire of the trailer caught fire and blew out with my car obviously on that trailer...Clearly damaging not only my car, but also my load from all the tugging and dragging that was obviously happening throughout our trip. Later in the trip we found out that when the second driver was added, the put the trailer in his name instead of my name the renter.

Also, I let an IPAD under the passenger seat and two days later the Manager called me to return it to me. There are kind people in Sherwood, Arkansas. Yes, I would rent again. JOHN BMaarch 28th, two gentlemen at the front counter told me I had to take a picture with my phone or i couldn't rent the van. Their names were Dakota and his supervisor. That evening the male supervisor was very confertational with me as if he wanted to fight me. He was upset because I called cooperate. As this has not been the first time he was confertational as I expect to come in and be safe to rent a uhaual. I did not feel safe on March 28th. Truly, Mercal Gulley

Mathew hI picked up a 26 foot truck and auto transport and it was not checked prior to leaving for the lights on auto transport to be working. They were not had to drive all the way back to dealer to get it repaired. After that the truck and auto transport did fine.

SUSAN JAlert customers that your reservation process is a fraud . I made a reservation ahead of time . Only to find that every item I reserved wasn't available at time for pickup. Associates at the store were useless and unworried and unbothered. They offered no solution and no customer service other than to run my credit card . I was told that "It" changed my reservation. Who the hell is it ?! No accountability no responsibility. Horrible experience

I should empty my unit, but the door lock is hard to manipulate and takes me 30 minutes to get in when I visit. I left the key with them for a month so that they could fix it. They didn't.

They was stored up great. But when I came to get the box storages they was loaded on the trailers wrong. I had hard time trying to get them put on the trailers wright way so I can unload them. PS I still will recommend to my friends.

After having been told previously that 3 months would have to pass before my unit would go up for auction, they changed their mind and told me I had 2 days to pay in full (while i was a month and 3 days late). The store manager was rude and couldn't give me a reason why it changed. I would not recommend using them for anything.

I was not going to be one of the people renting from your company that had to foot the bill for your new $3 million dollar building. I will still use your company for other things but not for storages. I also did not like the fact that the back area was open. I understand you changed the access to the buildings, but I still did not like that you could not keep track of who was coming and going through that back area.

(It was just like the outside temperature.) the only area that had A/C was the hall way and it was not that cool. I just wanted to bring this to your attention because I felt it was unfair for you to advertise it a certain way and not deliver.

When I put my things in storage, I DID NOT!!! have roaches. When I went back in just two weeks to get my things there were roaches crawling in my belongings. I am very upset and disgusted and hoping that after taking my stuff out of the uhaul storage that my new place does not have roaches Also while the overall storage lot was secure with a gate and access card to get in and out, I also asked if I needed to purchase a lock for my unit and I was told I didn't need to that there would be one provided but that was another issue when I picked up my stuff, there was no lock on my unit which was unit 369.

I googled for instructions which suggested stepping on the door. Off-track made it hard to raise the door. After my husband put it back on track, the door works great.
