The trailer I rented had to have three tires replaced 60 miles into my trip. Fortunately, the mobile tire technician noticed two dangerously worn front tires on the truck. He was as efficient as he could be, but the total delay to my trip was 4 hours. This was after my reservation was messed up. I reserved a 26 footer. Despite receiving confirmation on that reservation, it was never completed by the salesperson. I wS given a 20 ft truck and then had to rent a 12 ft trailer. I will never rent from U Haul again.

1) Had to go a LONG way out of the way to pick up the truck, not at my preferred (REQUESTED - 4494 Hwy 80 E Pearl, MS 39208) pick-up U-Haul Store which was MUCH closer to Flowood. 2) VERY limited amount of fuel in the truck at pick-up - I was concerned about making it to a gas station. 3) I had to put the hand truck in the back of the truck myself - never had to do this at other locations. The truck itself was very nice, clean, and a pleasure to drive.

This experience with this U-Haul location was horrifying! I spent a lot of unnecessary money because of the unprofessional service I received. The manager at that location needs to be FIRED….LITERALLY! The associates are more pleasant than she is. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Oh yeah the trailer hitch ball has plastic washers I made a stop to check the hitch the plastic washers had torn apart if I hadn't made the stop there would have been a pretty bad accident road side assistance came by and replaced the hitch ball

Tanisha, the clerk was very rude and unprofessional towards me and another customer when we entered the store. No complaints regarding the facility and truck, but what greeted me as a new customers was not good. The young man who checked in my truck return was extremely polite and professional. I don't Tanisha her to be a total reflection of my experience.

I returned the trailer Saturday evening. There were only two employees working and there were six parties waiting to return trucks and trailers. One of them came through the lobby several times but did not speak to anyone. The other worker came in after about twenty minutes and gave us directions on how to return the equipment. Needed more workers or better trained workers.

The truck was infested with roaches and just because I said I didn't take pictures they feel they can just say there wasn't any roaches on the truck. I know what I saw and killed over 25 roaches. Have pest control do an analysis and have them write that there wasn't any roaches in a statement then you all can charge me the fee but I know my experience and I know some got into my bags.

The manager Ms. Brown had one of the nastiest attitude you ever want to experience. I have rented several times in the past with no problems, but this time was terrible. What really did it for me was she handed me the key, told me the number was at the top of the truck. The lot was full, I asked ma'am where is the truck? She pointed & said other there on the lot. In the past I have been walked to the truck, but not this rude woman. No it was not busy, they literally had just opened. Will not be going here again!!

ALICIA, is very, very rude. I only use this location if my main store does not have what I need. I should have reported her long ago, but I was hoping she would improve. Have the truck moved out to where it is ready to be picked up, and not accessible because another truck is behind it. Otherwise the employees did a great job of getting me a truck size I needed, even through I had to drive 50 to pick it up in another city. They compensated that by giving me an extra day and extra mileage due to backtracking to the loading point.

Your manager Tanesha could use a refresher in customer experience training. She was not rude but her personality when dealing with customers needs improvement. This was my first time in maybe 10 years renting at this location and as I tried to get clarification on question she was very short and very 'em personable. Yes she is quite knowledgeable of the process and equipment but simply needs a friendly approach.

Thank you for meeting my storage needs. However, when I returned the truck that was rented, I was charged for a second day even though I returned the truck within the time frame. I moved out on 1/5, rented the truck on 1/5 and returned it on 1/6. Is there any way to get the invoice corrected by removing the 2nd day removed? Aside from that, all is well!

In the early years of my storage there was some mistakes made in recording my payments on time. However in the last 20 years(!) the staff has been excellent very efficient and good problem solvers. This was important since I live some distance away and could not come in person to solve any issues that could arise. When I closed my storage unit in November the staff members were very kind and helpful. I really appreciated that.

Of all of the storage spaces in Jackson yours was the safest most accessible and clean. Your team was amazing and accommodating. Bravo!! We will return in the spring. The only challenge was that there was a dead rodent in our unit. Good news was that it was dead. Otherwise an amazing experience.

The staff at this location are very unprofessional and incompetent including the manager. I lost all of my belongings in the storage auction due to financial hardship. I called and asked the manager if I could get my son's College Degree out of there before it was sold and she refused. The staff has a way of making customers feel like they are not important. The staff at this location is a very poor representation of U-Haul.

Our storage was broken into and we took a great loss on several items, the facility took no responsibility. There are no lights in the storage or Hall ways. My homeowners policy should never have been placed on storage unit because I asked for coverage from Uhaul specifically. This was a horrible experience

Im very displeased because I'm have been playing for a tempature controlled unit.. I have to reach out to customer service .. Because no ever came to remove the lock that was placed on the unit because my payment was late . The rep . Trying calling several time no one answer his calls either . My Some of my property is broken, Has mold, roach droppings and spider webs on it .. but the policy states that it's pest control. I still unboxing my things but needless to say I am very displeased

The staff can be a little more forthcoming when they know they are having issues that can be problematic for you. For one the passcode computer reader was not working so I could access my unit, and when I tired to communicate with the staff non would respond. There was this whole ordeal that I had to figure out myself, and when I brought it to thier attention they was aware just failed to inform me which could have save me a lot of drama and time.

Your Staff was very unprofessional. We walked into the store , the staff was very unfriendly and did not even greet us. We had to ask all of the questions rather than them explaining the process and asking us if we had questions. The guy who showed us where the storage was located walked off and left us and did not go all the way , and he stood and pointed which was very confusing with it being such a long hall it was hard to see. He did not even have the common courtesy to say thank you we actually were the ones to thank him. Moving within itself is very exhausting and it is very frustrating when you have unprofessional people like these working in your establishment. Just an overall bad experience.

The unit I had at U-Haul (#126) did not have any lighting in it, so I always had to bring my big flashlight with me.

Only thing I don't like is Customers are forced to purchase locks. I have several storage locks. Spending unnecessary money for an item I will never need anymore is discouraging and if I require storage in the future I will utilize a facility that allows customer owned locks.

I received a email weeks later stating my payment was late and a fee was added …. Nice gentlemen took off the late fee due to my first payment not being processed and I was able to pay my regular balance and he also made sure to email a receipt while I was still on the line thank you for your great customer service

The staff was rude at this location. After a yr of using the Gibraltar site I couldn't do 2 months here. They were so awful to me that when Carmen was closing me out she brought it up. "I know you've had a hard time and it seemed it was on purpose but it wasn't". YES IT WAS. I'm out of there. Now just PTSD to deal with; I cry when I think of that location.

I had made reservations for a storage unit when I got there I was on a long line with only one clerk. I had movers waiting so I lost over $200 and no one at u-haul seem to care. The unit I was shown was not what i got. Instead I was given a much smaller unit than expected and of course I had to pay more for a larger unit. I will never use this facility again - ever!! Poor service staff with bad attitude no connection between staff and customer!!

I have used this facility before and didn't have a problem. Unfortunately this was not one of those times. There was a leak in my storage unit and most of my belongings were ruined!!!!!!! The unit reeked of Mildew. Mold covered my furniture, luggage, shoes,and clothes it was awful!!!!! The staff at the location just gave me a number to call and said they have nothing to do with insurance claims!!!! There was no empathy or compassion, shown toward me, It actually could have helped me feel a little better about the situation, but, I guess it's still just business as usual for them. Now, it's not their fault my unit leaked, however, I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!! On top of that, I had to get someone to haul all my ruined belongings to a dumpster for disposal.

The facility was dirty. The gentlemen that helped us was in NO hurry whatsoever. I had a deadline and he could have cared less. He told me the system was down so my access card would not work so he would have to walk down there to let me in. However, he then started helping someone else so I had to wait about 10 more minutes for him to finish that. The whole experience left a lot to be desired. I called in ahead of time and was told I was good, when I got there he had a million questions, many of which I thought were totally unneccessary. However if they were necessary, I wish I could have done that over the phone when I called. It would have saved me a lot of time. I have had a lot of experience with U-haul and most were very good but this was extremely poor.

Climate control units do have problems with pest such as rats or mice. There are traps inside the units and there were rat dropping's on my stuff.
