I was moving and selected to have moving equipment and was not made aware that it was unavailable until pick up when the location was about to close too late for me to other accommodations for me to move

Have accessories that are asked for or let the user know ahead of time that you won't have the accessories. Day of notice that you don't ha ethe dollies that were requested makes.it had on an already stressful time
LUKE RThe vehicle had crumbs in the cup holder. The knob to roll down the window kept popping off. The driver's door had trouble closing. And although there were parking spots, I could not park on site.

EUGENE GMake after hours truck sign out easier. It took me an hour in the dark to obtain and input my information into the app. Also,, I was running late and did not realize it was time sensitive,, had to call phone support.
Leza TFront desk staff (Ryan and the manager) treated us rudely when we tried to ask for explanation of the charges. They even threaten to call the police on us if we don't leave the premises. The manager even went out to threaten us further even though we were already in the car and about to exit out of the parking area. Check the security cameras.

NAKIA BLady behind counter was exceptionally rude. So much so that I felt compelled to let you know! I'm sure it's emotionally taxing to sit behind the counter of a self storage facility…. Don't take it out on your customers!

RICHARD NBe sure the fuel gauge is what you are renting the vehicles out per contract. Also make it required instead of suggests to refill the tank.

WILLIAM MI wasn't able to park my car at the location which almost made me look for a different company but maybe in the future think about renting a parking space in the back to customers. I would have definitely "paid to park" rather than park my car at a different location and walk back to this establishment to rent the truck. Staff was excellent, extremely helpful, and very friendly.

DEBORAH Sfriend staff but i can’t believe this location doesn’t have a parking lot. a few minutes after i left with the truck a member of the staff call me and said that i couldn’t park in that spot or any of the ones just in front of the main entrance, he said that was exclusively for the other trucks. he literally told me park at the burger king next block, also mentioned that my vehicle could be towed if i didn’t move it soon. i move it and parked at the burger king, when i returned the truck i had to walk to the burger king to pick up my truck, a few minutes walk from the u-haul location

Barbara MOn a scale of 1 -10 this Uhaul dealership and the staff are a "15"! My encounter with this dealership came about because another dealership attempted to rent me another demaged and UNSAFE auto transport for the second time in 2 years. I refused it and they found that the Nottingham dealership had one for me to rent. Upon my arrival I was greeted immediately and professionally. When I explained how I came to be there and asked to see the transport before I formally rented it. I was assured that the transport was in top shape. It was!. They hooked it up and doubled checked everything with me. Upon return I was again greeted professionally, They offered immediate support to drop off the unit and knowing I was short on time expedited the drop off process. I will do all my renting from now with this dealership. They are OUTSTANDING! They truly take pride in their work. They appear to clearly know how to treat customers, offer good service and good products. Everything that I saw was clean and neat!. Thank you.
DENNIS GI used your truck because I have a storage in the facility. I had a storage room there for over 3 years. Because it was the first of the month, I had major problems with Your Storage. I didn't want to mix up the things I wanted to donate to House of Ruth . If you didn't know House of Ruth is a domestic violence . I was a victim of domestic violence and I was finally able to leave. Your Space was not accommodating to me at all. I was not able to return the U-Haul until after they closed. My passcode was locked so everything that I left in the facility was locked and I couldn't get into the building. I called and explained to them I was running late because of the traffic. They were not listening to me. There was no compassion to me, therefore because your company is associated with they. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY. They didn't have a corporate number for me to get in contact with. Thank you for letting me vent.

Linda JBeen a long time customer for several years. Keep my storage unit in immaculate condition and must say I'm very disappointed. I rented a cargo van was not the cleanest in the world. I can tell you that, on top of all that you can't keep your personal vehicle on the lot, when you go ahead and rent a moving truck whether it's a cargo van or whatever, your personal vehicle must not be on the premises very disappointed. I don't believe I will continue the rent here!

JONATHAN WTried to get over with the mileage and think we're stupid and take $330,33 on my card? My husband and I didn't even go no 199 miles we barely even move the truck we stayed in white marsh and only traveled local. Not long distance. We will never use this service again. You're not going to get over on us. Also we picked up the vehicle on the 8/20/2024, and it was to be returned on 8/22/2024 around 2:30pm. My husband and I came on Thursday 8/22/2024, to extend it to one more day and bring it back Friday 08/23/2024. The guy never gave us a receipt for it on Thursday 08/22/2024? We came back Friday 8/23/2024 with a over full tank to return it. Two guys were there and the dark hair one tried to say we went over the 60 miles to 199 miles? Not true. So we went out when the mileage was 85 342 and then he says the mileage was at 85 541 in? We never even traveled that far. The first payment was $141,8 for 8/20/2024 to 8/22/2024, then we extend on 8/22/2024 for one more day and that was Friday, and we returned the vehicle back Friday. But the guy on Thursday told us that it will be 19,95 a day plus tax $38.83. $330,33 is a get over and we didn't travel that many miles, but stayed in the areas, we only was in White Marsh, MD, Hunt Valley ,MD and North East Baltimore. We didn't even go over 60 miles to no 199 miles? I wouldn't never recommend. And my husband and I was very much offended by the guy with the dark hair and how he was speaking to us getting over and thinking we're stupid. No very offensive and we're not trying to hear your lies. I have my recording. Stop getting over on people.
