I have been to other Uhaul locations and i was pleasantly surprised! I honestly can not think of anything to improve. The process was quick and very easy. The gentleman that gave me the keys was very pleasant.

The location and the people were great. The specific vehicle needs some work. It was clean, but it had an error code for servicing the stabilitrack. The driver side door looks like it had some damage at one point and the window could roll up and down, but it would pop out of the track and not aeal properly. The driver side sun visor also randomly fell down while I was driving even though it was up and locked in place.
