Martin MI was a little taken back when the first interaction was getting a phone call from Creative Woodworking telling me I better get to his place before 4:00pm because he was leaving. My reservation was at 3:30pm and I could not get there earlier. When I arrived I sear he was playing a game on his phone and made me wait until he finished. He then was very impatient with me lining up the hitch with the trailer. When I checked out I asked if he could leave a jack so that I could get the trailer off the vehicle, as they would be closed when I returned the trailer. He said no it was going to Elmira??????? It is extremely difficult to get the trailers off the hitch alone or without a jack. U-haul should really think about that because someone is going to get hurt lifting those trailers off their cars. I had to bring my own floor jack from home to get the trailer off my car. I will NEVER rent from this guy again!!!
