Wish I could thank her in person, your employee needs all the praise. You can give her extremely helpful, courteous, friendly, outgoing. I wish she was up at the pick up position, cause she was that nice. I would highly recommend her in this position anytime she has a great person.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLori was kind and available every time I called. This isn’t her actual job, but she pulled it off so well. I would suggest this location to anyone who asked in a heartbeat.
john mWe did not go here. The tow truck driver went there to pick up the replacement trailer.
Scott BI thought it would be easier and faster to use the uhaul app--but the app is horrible (it wouldn't upload or save photos despite following the prompts)... This location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was MUCH easier to deal with a real person.
Catherine KCustomer service was very good.
