Candice WThe location of pickup was changed. My entire order was changed. I asked for 1 day but was charged 2. I didn’t for insurance but it was added. I asked for a dolly but one I got there was told they didn’t have one. Personnel was great but the experience was not.
Terry AI dropped at this location at about 9:45 am and there was no mention of additional charge for a day. The location did not open until 9:00am and the email receipt reflects an hour later (10:48am). I was charged a whole day for a couple hours over the 7:30am drop time (which the location did not open until 9am). No one mentioned dropping after business hours or any other explanation for drop off from either the pickup or drop location. Very poor customer service from both places in my opinion.
Kevin ATruck dont have air or gas and they tryna charge me for inconveniencing my trip to the point where i had to bring the truck back later the next day after my travels.
