U-Haul website was consistently unavailable, which complicated what should have been an easy rental. The low-beam headlights on the truck I rented were dangerously weak. This truck should not be driven at night.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is just the tip of some issues. I reserved the truck at a certified center, but had to go to valleydale terrace to pick it up. The location is on a dead end street, tough to turn it around. It was only half full of fuel, so I had to fill up right off the bat. Issues continue, I brought a car hauler up for Uhaul because they needed it and had to go to three different locations to get the hauler. Yall need to streamline this.
Lloyd PThe owner was so nice called me the night before make sure I knew where everything was and when I dropped the truck back off, made it very easy for me after a long day of moving and in the heat just simple easy would recommend all the time five star all the way thanks so much. We’ll always use U-Haul so much better than Metro.
Jessica KThe owner was so friendly and helpful!! This is the 1st time I’ve encountered customer service like this when renting a Uhual. I will definitely be back when i need another truck from this place.
MAKIYA LOwner was very sweet and made sure the truck was ready and already cool. It was a pleasant experience!
