The location was great. The APP on the otherhand was garbage and canceled my reservation atone location last minute and sent me MILES away adding to my time, stress, and total cost.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy bill was much more than I expected. My original reservation was much closer to my need and use of the truck. Simply because I was allowed to make the reservation and then u-haul called me to move my location then resulted in adding lots of miles that I wouldn’t have had to pay for if my reservation. Next time I will decline the reservation and go with another company if that happens again.
Nathan HFrom the first phone call to reserve, through the process of picking it up and returning it, we were 100% satisfied! We will be returning customers and have already shared their info with two others who are in need of renting a U-Haul! Friendly, courteous and very helpful!!
