The miles alloted for the trip was only enough to pick up and drop off from each U-Haul location. I would have needed an interdementional portal from the pickup location and to the drop off location to avoid additional charges. Plus the drop off location was 20 miles away from any gas station only adding to my charges either by mileage or fuel.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPU location was convenient and easy to work with. I selected a return location less then a mile from where we were going to be. He said he would put Lewisville so we could return to any location nearby. The UHaul app told us to return it 8 miles further down the road (and using a toll road).

Kenneth NThey had old trailers, We had to call 3 times to get this trailer fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to go for any amount of a drive. We had 2 tires 1 with a bulge, and one with tread seperation. There was probably another tire that needed to be replaced. We also had to call out a person to fix the roll up door. The door was never the same and was very hard to open and close.
